People Services Administrator

We have an opportunity in our rapidly expanding HR Division for a People Services Administrator to join our very busy team, taking ownership for HR operational processes from end to end across all aspects of the employee lifecycle.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Producing regular, standard MI reports and dashboards
  • Inputting and checking of payroll data
  • Work within Hodge policy framework and procedures, maintaining high standards of professionalism at all times
  • Be the first point of contact for all Tier 1 queries into the function, managing the in-box and phone and written enquiries
  • Working with stakeholders to ensure they understand the correct processes
  • Develop and maintain good knowledge of regulatory and legislative requirements in relation to all aspects of HR and other financial services provider requirements eg GDPR, money laundering etc
  • Ensure risks and controls are managed robustly and evidenced through all aspects of the role including processing for SMCR and SMR regimes where requested

What we need from you:

  • Numerate with the ability to analyse, interpret and report on data
  • Ability to work accurately with excellent attention to detail
  • Good administrative skills
  • Strong personal organisation skills with ability to plan and prioritise own workload
  • Methodical approach
  • Excellent inter-personal and customer facing skills plus computer literacy
  • Demonstrable ability to operate within prescribed process frameworks as well as

develop and embed processes

  • Ability to work in a confidential environment and act with integrity
  • Ideally degree qualified or equivalent; CIPD or working towards preferable
