People Services Administrator (12 Month FTC)

The People Services department are hiring an Administrator to join our Operations team, You will be part of an ambitious PS team working on different functions such as the HR system, policies, benefits with our main focus being complete support to all our People within the organisation.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Ownership for all HR operational processes from end to end, across all aspects of the employee lifecycle from process development through to process testing and change control
  • Managing the HR inbox and providing solutions or answers to queries within the required time frame
  • Identifying and producing management information on a regular basis, analysing the data to find key trends and present back to the management team
  • Being the first point of contact for all general HR queries from colleagues, managers, candidates and external parties, providing excellent customer service at all times
  • Supporting in driving our self-service model
  • Produce regular, standard MI reports and dashboards that can be used for both reporting and insight purposes plus ad-hoc reports as required
  • Developing and maintaining a good level and up to date knowledge in relation to employment law
  • Ensuring compliance throughout end to end processes both in relation to our policies and in legislative requirements
  • Producing regulatory and legislative reports when required

Person Specification:

  • Numerate with the ability to analyse, interpret and report on data
  • Working knowledge of HRIS systems
  • Strong personal organisation skills with ability to plan and prioritise own workload
  • Excellent inter-personal and customer facing skills plus computer literacy
  • Ideally degree qualified or equivalent; CIPD or working towards preferable
