Renewable energy
Our main environmental priorities are limited to common environmental issues, such as resource use, procurement in offices and business travel.
Our office in One Central Square, Cardiff, runs off 100% renewable energy.
Resource saving technology
Our office has been fitted with lots of innovative technology, helping us to reduce the amount of energy we use. This includes automatic taps, which save on water and automatic lights to save energy.
Cycle-to-work scheme
We believe a healthy body means a healthy mind! Cycling to work is not only great physical exercise but also benefits the environment, it’s a win-win.
At Hodge we offer all our employees the opportunity to buy a new bike through our Cycle-to-Work Scheme.
Sero investment
Sero is a Cardiff-based energy technology and services company. Along with leading finance services provider Legal & General, Hodge has invested £5.5m to support the transition to net-zero across the residential housing sector in Wales.
The investment will help support Sero in its next stage of growth, as well as its aims to support the delivery of net zero financial products with institutional partners. Find out more about Hodge and Sero here.
