What we are looking for:

We are looking for underwriters to join our mortgages team, who will be passionate about supporting our strategy to be easy to do business with at Hodge for our broker colleagues.

Reporting to the Underwriting Team Leader(s), you will be responsible for supporting brokers and customers through the underwriting process following the sale of our mortgage products. We will need colleagues who are able to provide low effort customer experience in all interactions with our customers and brokers. We also need you to have a good attention to details that if missed may risk prolonging the experience for our customers and brokers.

Who are we? Hodge Bank is based in the heart of Cardiff city centre and provides Mortgages, Savings and Commercial Lending products across the group. The underwriting team plays a pivotal role in the success of the Mortgages business.
