Telephony Business Development Manager

What we are looking for:

To provide our mortgage intermediaries with the highest levels of support we are looking for an experienced telephony business development manager to help our brokers navigate the niche mortgage markets we service.

This will involve proactively contacting new users and reactively managing in-bound new business enquiries from existing users, providing a supportive, knowledgeable and professional service at all times.

You will have a designated field-based Business Development Manager to work alongside and will be responsible for a managing a specific regional patch.

Working within the sales team you will collaborate closely with a variety of stakeholders across the business from marketing, product and underwriting.


What does a typical day in the role look like?

Working alongside your designated field-based Business Development Manager you will promote our specialist mortgage proposition and generate opportunities for Hodge to add real value to broker firms. In parallel you will service new business enquiries providing technical support around affordability and case placement where appropriate.

Once up to speed with the Bank’s proposition there is an expectation that you will support your field business development manager and the wider sales team with a variety of virtual networking events and webinars.
