About Hodge

For over 50 years, we’ve shared the same simple mission: to really make a positive difference for our customers and communities. This ethos is in our DNA as we are 79% owned by a charity, the Hodge Foundation.

In order to continue to grow we have a clear focus on ensuring that we are operationally excellent. As Hodge continues to embark on its next chapter, the Bank has already seen a large amount of growth both in terms of financial performance but importantly its colleagues. Our strategic vision is underpinned by our people and our investment in our colleagues. Our culture is what makes us special and ultimately what delivers our purpose to make a positive difference for our customers and communities.

Our aim is to open financial possibilities where options seem limited. Helping a family get a mortgage, saving for that dream or investing in or developing property. All of our customers get much more than just products: we give them simple solutions and support when they need it most.

The Role

We are looking for a Technical Delivery Manager to work with our internal teams and lead a programme of work.  An integral role in change, you will report to the Practice Lead, work collaboratively with the other delivery leads and add value to our growing team.

With demonstrable experience in technical delivery you will focus on a multitude of tech related projects including infrastructure, integration and cloud technology, with both supplier and internal delivery team management.

Planning, measuring and monitoring team progress from start to release, you will optimise delivery velocity and actively manage risk.

As part of a wider team you will share, identify any opportunities for improvement and stay current with industry best practices to assist with the continuous shaping of our delivery practice.

About You

Do you have strong communication and organisational skills with demonstrable experience in technical project delivery?

Are you passionate about collaborative working and the continuous software delivery environment?

Do you have scrum master experience?

Do you have experience in developing strong stakeholder relationships, particularly with Product Owners and Senior Leaders?

Interested?
