What are we looking for?

We are looking for a Senior Underwriter to join our mortgages team, who will be passionate about supporting our strategy to be easy to do business with at Hodge for our broker colleagues.

Reporting to the Underwriting Team Leader(s), you will be responsible for supporting brokers and customers through the underwriting process following the sale of our mortgage products. Technical underwriting expertise will be essential as you will be a referral point for complex queries and referrals and be instrumental in identifying trends and solutions that will improve the service we offer to our customers.
