Savings Servicing Manager – 12 Month FTC – EXPIRED

A new opportunity has arisen to support our strategy. The Savings Servicing Manager will take ownership of savings servicing activities within the business ensuring a First Class Customer & Colleague experience exists across the journey.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Responsible for the delivery of a First Class customer experience through the Savings customer journeys.
• Responsible for and own key Savings servicing activities within the Business acting as the SME across the Retail division.
• Develop a seamless customer journey through the key identified servicing activities using an approach of Continuous Improvement focusing on removal of waste and failure within the journey.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements across the Savings servicing business.
• Support the delivery of the new savings technology platform ensuring all customer journeys have underlying process maps and job cards as well as maintenance and review annually and as a result of changes which affect the journeys.
• Conduct an appropriate level of oversight across the Savings & Annuities servicing customer journeys to develop a strong understanding of colleague & customer experience.
• Primary oversight across Savings & Annuities servicing including Maturities (re-pay/re-invest), account maintenance, dormancy, account closure, payments of funds, retention, deceased, POA/LOA/court of protection, audit letters. Any activities which are completed through the servicing cycle.
• Develop mechanisms to understand customer needs across the servicing journey and develop customer journeys that meet these
