Savings Product Manager

We are looking for a Savings Product Manager to join our savings leadership team in our newly formed Retail division.  We are on a mission to be the most admired savings provider in the UK.

Reporting to the MD of Savings, you will be a key member of the Savings leadership team with responsibility for leading the product and proposition.  You will own the development and execution of the savings product strategy.

Who are we? Hodge Bank is based in the heart of Cardiff city centre and provides Mortgages, Savings, Annuities and Commercial Lending products across the group. The Savings team plays a pivotal role in the success of the Retail business and overall Hodge five-year strategy.

What else are we looking for?

Someone who understands the competitive structure of the UK savings market, particularly the role of new entrant and small banks, to ensure Hodge is well positioned within it

Someone who is passionate about savings and wants to design and create savings products and propositions for savers

Someone who is always working with our savers in mind – putting their needs at the centre of everything they do.
