Project Management Office Lead

We are looking for Project Management Office lead to Join Hodge our Change team, supporting the portfolio of change delivery.  An integral role for us, you will report to the Head of Change,  work collaboratively with the delivery leads and line manage the administration support in PMO.

About You

  • Do you have strong written communication and organisational skills with demonstrable experience in PMO? Expert Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint) skills.
  • Are you passionate about collaborative, sharing best practice and continual improvement?
  • Do you have working knowledge of Waterfall and Agile project methodologies?
  • Do you have experience in developing strong stakeholder relationships at all levels including C-suite?

  • Minimum of 3yr change related experience
  • Agile Delivery Methods
  • Financial Reporting
  • Risk Reporting
  • Change related qualifications (e.g. Agile, Scrum Master)
  • Risk Management qualifications (e.g. MoR)

Desirable 

  • Scaled Agile Framework
  • Financial Services
  • MS SharePoint
  • JIRA
  • Office 365
  • Delivery experience exposure
  • 3yrs in a PMO function within Financial Services
  • Financial Management qualifications
  • ITIL certification
