We have an opportunity in our rapidly expanding Customer Division. Reporting to the Savings Team Leader, you will be responsible for : 

Key responsibilities will include: 

  • Verify, check and open all postal or email applications received from prospective and existing customers.  Ensure that all required regulatory checks are completed to safely onboard customers and contact customers to obtain missing application information.
  • Where customers fail to successfully complete verification during online account opening, the role holder will contact the customer to advise what additional information needs to be supplied by the customer to verify them.  They will then check and verify supplied documentation on receipt.
  • Conduct ISA transfer work to enable the swift onboarding of customers transferring their ISA from another provider, within the regulatory timelines for completion
  • Process daily reports in a timely and accurate manner, contacting customers where necessary
  • Understand and comply with all company policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.  In particular, but not exhaustively, conduct rules, BCOBS, Data Protection, Know Your Customer and Anti Money Laundering
