We are looking for a Graduate Cyber Security Engineer to join the cyber team as part of our IT Service Delivery team.  This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start a career in cyber and work with some of the latest technologies in a dynamic working environment.

Reporting to the Senior Cyber Security Engineer, you’ll be the initial point of contact for responding to cyber issues and queries.  You will be a good communicator with all levels of the business, providing a professional service and show a willingness to learn. You will be a strong team player with a pro-active and problem-solving approach to your work.

You will be responsible for operating a range of tools and platforms across all areas of our infrastructure.  You will need to be able to prioritise your workload based on incoming alerts and requests, alongside ongoing work to ensure the estate is kept up to date.

This role is responsible for implementing and operating vulnerability management processes across applications and infrastructure, remediating identified issues and ensuring status is reported accurately.

Challenge things that you think could be done better. Live by the spirit of continuous improvement and identify actions to improve cyber controls, operation and efficiency.  Help to identify employee training and increase the overall visibility and understanding of cyber across Hodge.
