Under the overall management of the Lead or Senior Dynamics Engineer, undertake enhancement and addition of new features through configuration and management of changes to a Microsoft Dynamics Customer Relationship Management system.
This will involve developing new features to support Business Process needs. You will work with the Lead Dynamics Engineer, business product owners and analysts to understand business needs and translate these into functionality within our Dynamics instances.

Responsibilities:

  • Being aware of the functionality being provided by the Dynamics CRM platform at present.
  • Implementing requested changes to the platform to support business use cases.
  • Working with a Business Analyst to understand and shape requirements based on the technical options available with Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Communicate with Hodges Support service desk to support system problems.
  • On occasion, work with in-house development teams to support integration with Hodge software and Dynamics
  • Configuration of the Dynamics CRM platform such as, adding and maintaining forms and entities, business process flows and task management.
  • On occasion, oversee work conducted by third party companies on the Dynamics platform and ensure system interfaces align with agreed principles and standards.
  •  Understand key business processes that software supports.
  • Development work to resolve issues and enhance existing software systems and services

What we need from you?

  • Previous experience in commercial Microsoft Dynamics integration
  • Experience working from requirements provided by a business stakeholder.
  • Understanding of CRM and Marketing capabilities of the Microsoft Dynamics product.
