Client Relationship Manager

We are looking for an ambitious colleague to help set up and shape a client relationship function with in the Bank. The role holder will act as a key contact for our Servicing Clients to deliver on their expectations whilst developing lasting relationships.

The role holder will report directly into the Head of Servicing and will be instrumental in contributing to our Servicing programme.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • A hands on role setting up a client relationship function within the Bank
  • Developing the service through understanding the client’s strategic intent.
  • Developing and maintaining relationships at all levels within the client
  • Ensuring key/strategic projects are delivered on schedule, to budget and meet the objectives and business needs
  • Driving through change and improvement
  • Liaison with relevant functional areas to achieve objectives
  • Work closely with the Servicing Teams to ensure client contract delivered to SLAs and resolve key account issues
  • Deliver quality reporting ensuring that these are error free, and always on time
  • Act as the central point of contact between Hodge and the client/servicer managing all governance, including meeting, reporting, approvals, mandates and change etc.
  • Identify and manage risks and incidents
  • Provide support of the on-boarding/off-boarding of client portfolios, including contract negotiations and pricing

The ability to build strong and collaborative working relationships with key stakeholders and members of the management team is essential, along with strong communication and effective reporting skills.

The role will be instrumental in growing the groups resilience capabilities and will suit a motivated and ambitious individual.  Candidates will need to demonstrate knowledge of financial services, specifically mortgages, and good analytical and investigative skills. Experience within a Client Management is a desired requirement for this role.
