We’re looking for a passionate, engaging and focused individual who is able to support delivery of the Bank’s change agenda; always ensuring business areas are ready to receive and evolve as we deploy new technologies and processes across the organisation.

Put simply, we need to make things easier for our customers and colleagues, which is why you’ll ideally have experience of supporting business improvements within financial services (ideally with a mortgage background).

Responsible for business readiness & reporting to the Senior Business Change & Implementation Manager, you’ll be used to managing competing priorities, influencing and building strong working relationships with both stakeholders and colleagues to ensure the business is a strong position to accept change & highly engaged throughout the delivery cycle. What will your day look like?

Every day will be different, although your key responsibilities as Business Readiness Manager will be:

  • Managing the Change Implementation Framework to ensure business readiness to accept change, ensuring process and training solutions are in place.
  • Ensuring teams understand the rationale and benefits of change you will create engagement, buy in and readiness to accept the change into business as usual processes.
  • Manage the business readiness roadmap with key business stakeholders & creating awareness of the roadmap across the business
  • Run regular and timely status review meetings with key stakeholders, influencing and driving decision making and ensuring documented outputs are in place.
  • Manage dependencies, costs and resources outlined in any investment business case.
  • Monitor any change post implementation, ensuring effective measurement of ROI.
  • Champion continuous improvement across the business & proactively seeking out opportunities to evolve.
