We are recruiting a Continuous Improvement Coach for Business Operations specifically to support the team dealing with non customer facing processes across the Operations Division. This role will play a key role in making sure that our processes are simple and low effort for customers and for our colleagues.
The successful candidate will spend half their time conducting a Business Operations Administration role and the other half being available to their Team Leader and colleagues to provide in the moment coaching and development. You will therefore need to be a role model for your colleagues, showing them what good looks like within their roles.
