What we are looking for:
To support adherence of the banks third party onboarding policy we are looking to recruit a broker registration associate to support our mortgage intermediaries with their initial registration and onboarding journey.
You will have excellent attention to detail and communication skills to assist brokers as they register with the bank.
You will also be multi-skilled to support the Business Development team with in-bound new business enquiries and a variety of other administrative tasks to support our intermediary partners.
What does a typical day in the role look like?
Working under the guidance of the business development team manager you will follow the banks onboarding process and complete due-diligence to ensure that brokers have the correct authorisations to recommend our mortgage products.
You will have an excellent telephone manner and will engage with the national mortgage networks and clubs as and when required for verification purposes. Following the banks panel management process you will keep the broker panel up to date by adding new starters and removing leavers.
Always looking to grow the business you will refer brokers who are new to the later life lending market across to the business development managers so that they can provide them with as much support as required.
