We have an exciting opportunity in our expanding Operations Division for motivated Customer Service Representatives to be the voice of the Hodge brand in all interactions with our Mortgage customers. As a Mortgage Customer Service Representative, you’ll be part of a team supporting our customers with post completion enquiries via the telephone as well as emails/letter.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Person Specification:
In return you’ll be asked to work 35 hours per week, predominantly between 9am-5pm Monday – Friday. We’ll pay you £20,500 moving to £21,000 on completion of probation. Other benefits include an annual award based on company performance, a generous, personalised benefits package, Company pension contribution up to 15% and 28 days holidays (plus bank holidays).
This is a hybrid role, meaning you will be expected to work a mixture of at home and in the office during your employment. If working remotely is new to you, don’t worry, we’ll give you the support and equipment you need to get step up, including a company laptop. In return we ask that you have a suitable environment to work that allows you to focus on our customers without distraction and a consistent internet connection (download speed – 10 mbps; upload speed – 3mbps).
