Hodge’s £15m short-term finance support enables the next phase of a significant regeneration project in the Midlands.
At Hodge, we’re proud to support the next regeneration phase of a significant project in the Midlands by providing a £15 million short-term finance facility, secured against residential land.
This funding will help progress vital infrastructure, planning activity and working capital for one of the most forward-thinking development projects in the region, creating much needed homes, jobs and green spaces.
Sustainability is a key part of the project and is a blueprint for how a brownfield redevelopment can deliver real impact – supporting biodiversity, reducing carbon and creating long term social and economic value.
This was a complex transaction with tight timeframes where close collaboration and open communication between all parties was critical to its success. Building a strong partnership with the Borrower ensured that we were able to overcome any challenges, delivering the facility in just six weeks, affording the capital the Borrower needed to move forward.
“It’s an incredible, once in a life-time project, delivering much needed homes and businesses and it is fantastic to be part of the team helping to fund the next stage of this project.” Gareth Davies, senior business development manager Hodge.
