Specialist lender appoints Jan Preece as chief finance officer
Hodge has announced the appointment of Jan Preece as its chief financial officer to support the Bank’s growth.
Jan previously held the role of finance director at Friends Provident International, having been a key executive member of the Friends Life/Aviva Group since 2014.
Jan has gained significant experience setting up new target operating models and implementing new business systems and is used to managing teams remotely across the world.
Hodge has a strategic focus on providing exceptional customer experience and is striving for ambitious growth into exciting new markets. Jan’s leadership pedigree and track record in successful people development and change management make her an ideal fit for Hodge.
