That means if you joined us by phone, letter or email rather than through an online application, you’ll need to register for online banking to manage your savings account. To get started, visit the link below and follow the steps to register online. You’ll then be able to submit your maturity instructions online. If you still need help with the online process, you can call our customer services team on 0800 028 3746.

If you don’t want to register online
We can’t service your account by phone or email, so if you’re sure you don’t want register for online banking, then it’s time to close your account. When your account is due for maturity, please call us to start the process of closing your account and returning the money. Alternatively, you can arrange to transfer your ISA to another provider.

If you don’t want to go online, you’ll need to start the process of closing your account when it matures. To protect your ISA wrapper, you’ll need to select a new ISA provider and ask them to transfer your money from Hodge into your new account. If you were to withdraw your money from your Hodge ISA directly, you would lose your tax-free benefit.
If you don’t want to register for online banking with Hodge, the only option when your account matures is to close it. We can’t accept reinvestment instructions by phone, so online banking is the only way to manage your account. If you’re an offline customer, you can only have your statements sent by post until your account matures. After that, you’ll need to move online if you’d like to keep saving with Hodge.
