Our Mortgages Department are hiring an Telephony Business Development Manager to join our Operations team, You will be part of an ambitious team proactively developing new relationships and maintaining existing relationships with mortgage brokers.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Proactively contact advisers to promote the company’s profile, products and proposition in order to achieve agreed sales goals.
Reactively manage in-bound new business enquiries from third party intermediaries across telephone, email and web chat.
Support new users, managing their initial cases through the mortgage journey to instil confidence and advocacy.
Working in collaboration with your designated field based business development manager you will support new and existing advisers establishing, maintaining and developing relationships by providing professional, supportive and knowledgeable service at all times.
Support the wider sales team including the national account managers and field based business development managers with a variety of networking and educational events including webinars, round tables and conferences where you will be expected to represent Hodge and it’s intermediary proposition.
Adhere to the banks panel management and oversight processes by monitoring broker behaviours ensuring that the risks associated with intermediated business are minimised.
