We are looking for a Service Desk Engineer to join our busy IT Service Delivery team on a fixed term contract for a period of 6 months. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to gain experience in a team using some of the latest technologies in a dynamic working environment.
Reporting to the Service Desk Lead, you’ll provide 2nd line support to the business within a team that is the primary point of contact for IT related issues. A good communicator with all levels of the business, high levels of customer service and willingness to learn. You will be a strong team player with a pro-active and problem-solving approach to your work.
Key technologies used within the team are Azure, Active Directory, Powershell, Windows OS, Intune and Office 365. Skills and experience in these are vital to the role. We are especially interested in automation techniques related to Azure and AD.
The role also provides resource to the Service Improvement team who engage on projects to support business changes, third party integration and improving IT processes and practices.
