About You

Do you have strong communication and organisational skills with demonstrable experience in the Scrum Master role?

Are you passionate about collaborative working and the continuous software delivery environment?

Do you have Scrum Master certification and practical experience of the Agile principles within the Scrum framework?

Do you have experience in developing strong stakeholder relationships, particularly with Product Owners and Senior Leaders?

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to lead one of our development teams.  An integral role in change, you will report the Scrum Master Practice Lead, work collaboratively with the other delivery leads and add value to our growing team.

With demonstrable experience you will facilitate all scrum ceremonies with a focus on removing obstacles from the team and effectively driving delivery, addressing issues head on.

Planning, measuring and monitoring team progress from start to release, you will optimise team velocity and actively manage risk.

As part of a wider team you will share techniques for delivery backlog management and continual refinement, identify any opportunities for improvement and stay current with industry best practices to assist with the continuous shaping of our delivery practice.

This role requires the successful candidate to commute to our main office in Cardiff on a frequent basis.  Therefore, we are unable to consider applicants from outside of the UK.
