About the Role:
We are looking for a Portfolio Support Officer to join our Projects & Change team. This role presents an exciting opportunity for an individual interested in areas of technology, company strategy and project management.
Hodge has as ambitious strategy across the digital space to continually improve how we do business and enhance customer experience. The portfolio office tracks how we perform on these programmes, ensuring that the correct governance is followed and the change space is supported as needed.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, motivated and organised individual, with a strong willingness to learn and gain knowledge in the tech and strategic space.
We are looking for an individual who can demonstrate strong communication skills, such as the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels and communicate technical information to the business.
An analytical mindset and the ability to think outside of the box, to improve ways of working, are essential in this role.
The successful candidate will be a technically literate individual who is competent in MS office, in particular, excel and powerpoint. The individual will understand project management principles and agile methodology. They will also demonstrate an understanding of, or willingness to learn, principles surrounding programme budgeting and risk management.
