MI Reporting Lead

To support our ongoing growth we are seeking a MI Reporting Lead with excellent report building and data visualisation skills to further enhance the Group’s Business Intelligence function.

As MI Reporting Lead you will be developing MI and reporting solutions to support our third-party relationships and internal committees and forums. You will be using your proven experience in this area to develop several key reports using our existing BI suite of data services and tools. The outputs you will be developing will streamline and improve our current report suite to ensure we are providing continuous first-class reporting.

We want to deliver the best Data & BI Services we can, and this role plays a crucial part in achieving this. We are therefore looking for candidates with excellent MS Excel skills, a passion for data visualisation and the ability to create streamlined processes to ensure regular production of reports is subject to minimal manual intervention and adheres to Service level agreements. As MI Reporting Lead you will be responsible for the timely delivery of all reporting.

We are also looking for someone with excellent stakeholder management skills, who can work with our wider business and third parties to deliver excellent reporting services and respond to the changing needs of the business.

Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Develop, maintain, and evolve the group monthly Management Information suite of reporting to support the performance and risk management of the organisation
  • Ensure that SLAs are met for providing regular reports and ensure that accuracy and data quality of output is maintained
  • Work closely with our Third-Party Manager to ensure that our high service level is maintained when providing regular MI reporting and automated data feeds to our third parties
  • Design automated mechanisms to produce reports, minimising manual effort where possible
  • Provide technical expertise and support to the report owners across the business
  • Work with the wider BI team to ensure reporting outputs are consistent with our other data services (Power BI Analytics & Data Extracts)
  • Work with key stakeholders to gather reporting requirements, and work with the wider BI team to build datasets to support the production of reports
  • Conduct testing and troubleshooting
  • Develop and update appropriate supporting documentation
