Interim Service Desk Leader
We are looking for an Interim Service Desk Team Lead to join our IT Service Delivery team.
Reporting to the Head of IT Service Delivery, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the Service Desk team who provide support to the business and are the primary point of contact for IT related issues. A good communicator with all levels of the business, demonstrating high levels of customer service, you will be a strong team player with a pro-active and problem-solving approach to your work. Strong team leadership skills and experience are essential for this role to encourage and inspire team members.
We are looking for someone with a strong technical background in Microsoft, Azure and Citrix technologies as this role will involve some hands-on work to support the team.
As part of the wider IT Service Delivery management team, you will be involved in continuous improvement and project activities, with the Service Desk team supporting these activities as required. You will also play a key role in our Change Management process to ensure service delivery is maintained whilst supporting ongoing changes.
