In order to continue to grow we have a clear focus on ensuring that we are operationally excellent. We understand that our operational teams are at the heart of our business and support our ambitious growth plans. As Hodge continues to embark on its next chapter the Bank has already seen a large amount of growth both in terms of financial performance but importantly its colleagues.
