The new Continuous Improvement Coach role could be for you.

We are recruiting a Continuous Improvement Coach for the Onboarding Savings Team.

If successful, you will play a key role in coaching the team to provide great customer outcomes. You will also drive the continuous improvement of key processes, making sure that our processes are as simple and straightforward as possible, providing an excellent experience for the customer. You will also assist colleagues in managing any complaints through to resolution and in turn identifying & fixing the root cause.

The successful candidate will spend half their time conducting a Savings Onboarding role and the other half providing in the moment coaching and development of the team. You will therefore need to be a role model for your colleagues, showing them what great looks like within their roles.
