The role

Leading the People Services team at an Executive level, you will play a crucial role in achieving our ambition through driving the People strategy, continually finding new ways to improve our colleague experience while maintaining operational excellence. Reporting directly into the CEO, you will have a strong ability to represent and influence all facets of People Services. This includes operations, learning and development, benefits, reward and remuneration, employer value proposition and more.
As our colleagues are what makes our customers’ experience, you will support in enabling the business to continue to build upon a culture where we embody our values of genuine empathy, trusted expertise and bold flexibility to always look to do the right thing for our colleagues and our customers.
