About Hodge
For over 50 years, we’ve shared the same simple mission: to really make a positive difference for our customers and communities. This ethos is in our DNA as we are 79% owned by a charity, the Hodge Foundation.

As Hodge continues to embark on its next chapter the Bank has already seen a large amount of growth both in terms of financial performance but importantly its colleagues. Our strategic vision is underpinned by our people and our investment in our colleagues. Our culture is what makes us special and ultimately what delivers our purpose to make a positive difference for our customers and communities.

Our aim is to open financial possibilities where options seem limited. Helping a family get a mortgage, saving for that dream or investing in or developing property. All of our customers get much more than just products: we give them simple solutions and support when they need it most.

About the Role

Reporting to the Business Analysis Team Leader, as a highly motivated team member, you will drive delivery by providing quality analysis output and requirements.

You will be comfortable with the full lifecycle of agile delivery, from providing input on analysis complexity to assist delivery roadmap planning, to creation of feature descriptions, process documentation, user stories and assisting with business readiness activities.

You will work in a SCRUM environment where, together with fellow business analysts, you will be responsible for producing a backlog of user stories with detailed acceptance criteria. In doing so, you will become an SME in the area to support the development and delivery of functionality that delivers value to the business.

As part of the growing analysis team at Hodge you will actively contribute to BA best practice and provide support and coaching to colleagues within the Business Analysis team. In addition, you will receive support and coaching from Senior Business Analysts and the Business Analysis Team Lead.

Maintaining a strong stakeholder network at all levels you will work collaboratively yet be willing to challenge to enable positive outcomes.
