In a recent deal, Hodge has agreed to fund St Mark’s Properties’ proposed new build development of one house and four residential flats in Barnet, North London.
Located on Oakleigh Road, the project will see the demolition of an existing end-of-terrace house, and regeneration work take place to create a mix of one and two bedroom flats and a new build house. All with car parking, bike parking, and private amenity spaces. The new development will maintain the terrace-like exterior, to preserve the integrity of the surrounding area’s appearance.
With Barnet being the fourth largest of all the London boroughs, the properties will be well-situated, with a small parade of shops close by and access to a range of shops, sports clubs, and schools.
St Mark’s Properties is an experienced developer, headed up by Richard Smith. The development was introduced to Hodge from Tom Lee of Pure Structured Finance.
