Individual Voluntary Arrangement - Ongoing / Current

Hodge do not consider an application where the applicant is currently in an Individual Voluntary Arrangement. They are only acceptable if discharged for at least 6 years.

Debt Relief Order - Discharged between 3 and 6 years

Will we consider an application where the applicant has historically had a Debt Relief Order, but which was discharged between 3 and 6 years ago? If so, what is the policy on this?

Hodge do not consider applications where the applicant has historically had a debt relief order but was discharged between 3 and 6 years ago. Hodge can potentially consider applications where discharged for at least 6 years.
