Before you can submit a holiday let or residential mortgage application to us for the first time, you need to register and agree to our Terms of Business through the Hodge Adviser Portal. It’s quick and easy, just follow the steps below:
- Visit our adviser portal and click register
- Search for your company using your FCA number
- If you can’t find it, then your company isn’t registered with us so you’ll need to do that first
- Once that’s done register yourself as an individual adviser, verify your email address, set up some login details, and you can get started on your application.
Once you’re registered, you can submit a new DIP straight away. Just choose the product type, then you can get started.
An underwriter will come back to you with a decision within a few working hours.
Full Mortgage Application
As soon as you have your DIP, you can proceed to full application. Your underwriter will let you know exactly what supporting documents you need to submit with the application.
