Welcome to the team, Rob Ford

We always love welcoming a new face to the Hodge team. A fresh perspective and extensive expertise are just two of the many reasons we’re excited to introduce you to Rob Ford, our new head of mortgage origination. 

Rob joins us with an impressive career in underwriting, having previously led lending operations at the Bank of Ireland and Principality Building Society. In his new role here at Hodge, Rob will be leading our Underwriting department, focusing on our commitment to make responsible, efficient, and flexible lending decisions for you and your clients.  

Originally from Newport, Rob is a father of two with a sporting CV almost as impressive as his professional CV. A qualified rugby coach and marathon runner who has canoed across the lochs and rivers of Scotland to fundraise for Multiple Sclerosis and other charities close to his heart.
