What do we offer? We’ve put a lot of thought into how we’ve structured our BDM team, and as a result you have access to a field and a telephone based BDM who’ll be on hand to help you out. Can’t do face to face? No problem, we’ll meet with you virtually or chat over the phone, whatever suits.

Do you have  a case with a story? Not sure whether there’s a product that fits? We can help, your BDM will guide you through the options, from 50+ and RIO to Holiday Let, we’ve a range of mortgages to help your clients secure a brighter future.

We’ve recently appointed two more BDMs to our team, Cara Thompson and Alan Crawley, further reinforcing our commitment to supporting you.

Cara specialises in new build housing and will work with Brad Street, together they’ll support brokers based in the M4 corridor and the South.

Alan has lots of experience working across a range of mortgage and business development roles at Barclays, he’ll look after those of you based in London & the South East, alongside Abenaa Afari andbringing valuable experience to our expanding team.

Speaking on both appointments, Business Development Director, Emma Graham said: “We are excited to have both Cara and Alan come on board with us. They bring with them a fantastic skillset and I have no doubt that they will be  great assets to the team.”
