James’s background and expertise

Background:

James joined us in 2019 as a business development manager for the South West and Wales, before being promoted to national account manager in 2024. His wealth of experience and roles at well-known financial institutions, including Principality, Virgin Money, Sainsbury's Bank and Just Mortgages, has built James a reputation for reliability, responsiveness and a deep understanding of the specialist mortgage market. In his current role, he focuses on helping brokers find solutions for complex cases, working closely with clubs and networks to support their needs and Hodge’s strategic goals. James’s customer-first mindset continues to play a key role in expanding Hodge’s market presence and in our commitment to strong and collaborative broker success across the UK.
