Hodge funds development of thirteen new homes in Llangefni, Anglesey

Working with experienced, family-run developer, AMP Construction & Groundworks Ltd, Hodge provided a development finance facility to fund the development of thirteen new two and three bed terraced and semi-detached houses in Llangefni, Anglesey.

The development is located within an established and popular town centre which sits within the heart of the Isle of Anglesey, served by a host of local amenities. Planners were keen to see an improvement in the local area as a result of the development, a gateway to the town, which the development has certainly delivered on.

Demand for the new properties has already been excellent with the development supporting home ownership on Anglesey, providing the opportunity for local families and first time buyers to acquire much needed and affordable new homes.
