We have a brand-new role in our newly formed Retail Division and are seeking an experienced professional to report directly to the Managing Director of Mortgages and be responsible for the first line Risk across the Mortgages department.
The role holder will be responsible for a full range of activities, including managing all aspects of credit and property risks and managing the monitoring of the mortgage portfolio from a credit risk and property perspective.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Candidates must have knowledge of FCA principles and demonstrate knowledge of regulatory requirements.
The ability to produce and present high-quality focused material for Executive and Board level committees and to senior management is essential, along with strong communication and effective negotiation skills.
To be successful in this role you will effectively build and maintain collaborative relationships with both internal and external stakeholders at all levels across the business and have the ability to challenge objectively.
