What we are looking for:
We are looking for a Customer Retention Specialist to help our customers and their advisors provide expert knowledge on our range of residential mortgage products to our existing customers, with a focus on understanding client needs and providing exceptional customer service. This position requires that all customers be contacted by telephone, email and understanding the customer current circumstances.
What does a typical day in the role look like?
Working under the guidance of the Customer Retention Manager you will work with customers and advisors providing excellent customer service that leads to customer retention. The team will deal with the admin of the role from start to finish completing all aspects from proactively contacting the customer and advisor well in advance of the rate expiry. Answer any Inbound enquiries externally/internally regarding the retention process.
