Customer Experience Trainer – EXPIRED

Within our Retail business, we are looking to attract an outstanding colleague to the role of Customer Experience trainer for the Retail business, within our newly created Customer Experience team.

This colleague will be responsible for the development of our Retail Customer Experience training programme, ensuring that all Retail colleagues have a suitable learning journey available to them, whether they are new starters, existing colleagues learning new skills, customer facing, in technical roles or sat in leadership and coaching roles. Creating a learning environment with access to knowledge that enhances all colleagues’ skills and performance is the ultimate goal for this exciting and key role.
