Then we may have the perfect role for you…we are looking to recruit Customer Care Consultants to join our new Customer Care Team and be a part of our ambitious strategy.

 

What we are looking for:

We are looking for Customer Care Consultants to help our customers and their advisors negotiate critical events during the lifetime of their mortgage by finding the right solutions. You will have excellent attention to detail and communication skills in order to effectively provide outstanding customer service.

 

What does a typical day in the role look like?

Working under the guidance of the Customer Care Team Leader, you will work sensitively with customers and/or their representatives to agree and apply solutions to some of the financial challenges we all face during the lifetime of our mortgage. We’ll protect the vulnerable by applying solutions which reflect regulation and our values. You will support our Mid Term Mortgage Specialists by applying agreed repayment solutions to Hodge mortgage accounts and work with our customer to ensure those solutions achieve the best outcomes for both the customer and Hodge.
