How we’re reducing the impact of Covid-19 – Commercial Finance

At this difficult time, we wanted to let you know how we plan to continue to effectively do business with you. Please be reassured we’re doing everything we can to reduce the impact of Covid-19 and are well placed to continue operating as events unfold.

Where is the Hodge team?

The health and safety of our employees and customers will always be our top priority and we’ve ensured all staff are able to work from home. A great deal of testing has been carried out to ensure we can continue to service our customers with minimal disruption.

Since the UK Government’s announcement on Monday 16th March, stating companies who have the capability to work from home should, all employees will operate remotely until further notice.

Can I still get hold of you?

Yes, our Commercial team is fully operational and working hard to maintain customer service levels. Please continue to contact them in the usual way through email or by phone

Does Hodge offer payment holidays?

You may be concerned about the effect that Covid-19 will have on your business, its cash flows and your ability to meet your contractual loan repayments. If this is the case, we encourage you to speak directly with your relationship manager. As a responsible and relationship focused commercial lender we will consider the specific circumstances and seek to act in a sensible and supportive manner during this unprecedented, but short term circumstances.
